How to reach Ziernsee

From Marina Röblinsee your route leads across Röblinsee and along the Upper Havel waterway, past the Steinhavelmühle lock and across Menowsee on to Ziernsee. The lock is easy to operate even for beginners – in high season it's worth allowing a little time buffer for waits. Note the clearance heights (Steinförde bridge approx. 3.90 m, Priepert bridge approx. 4.20 m).

Ziernsee is known for its rich fish stocks and calm atmosphere – here you can fish for pike, perch and zander. For hand-line fishing a tourist fishing permit plus a fishing pass for the respective water is enough. Among the unspoilt bays you'll find quiet spots to drop anchor, swim and enjoy a relaxed evening of angling on board.
